Photo Package and Print Information
Each photo package will include a CD with high quality / full resolution photos. One of the biggest differences between Tia Black Photography and other photographers is that our photos are never copyrighted. This means that you can reproduce, print, enlarge, and share the images as many times as you want (except for commercial purposes). Most other photographers, besides charging outrageous prices, force you to either pay additional fees for any and all prints or wait for up to 2 years until they release the original images for you to reproduce. We strongly feel that the photos we take of you and your family are yours!
Of course, if you need assistance or don't have the time to print your images or enlargements, we are more than happy to take over that responsibility – and our fees for these services are as reasonable as our professional photography packages.
All photos provided on the CD will include color correction, minor photo shop work if required, various images converted to black and white or sepia.
A photo shoot can last anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. The length of your shoot depends on a few factors, such as the number of people in your shoot, the amount and age of children in the shoot and the location we are shooting at.
Our lead time is as important to us as it is to you. We strive to have the photo proofs and CD ready for delivery within 2 weeks and we often beat that time!
Family Portrait Pricing, $150.00
Pricing for families of five or less. Each additional family member is $25.00.
Includes one CD of all images in full resolution. A typical family shoot will produce 50 to 75 images. The images are never copyrighted, so you can print them as you wish. With this package you will receive 30 4x6 printed proofs of the photographer's favorite images. The CD will also include a variety of color, black & white and sepia images.
Children Head Shots and Senior Portraits, $175.00
Includes one CD of all images in full resolution. A typical head shot photo/senior portrait shoot will produce 50 to 75 images. The images are never copyrighted, so you can print them as you wish. With this package you will receive 30 4x6 printed proofs of the photographers favorite images. The CD will also include a variety of color, black & white and sepia images. Shoot includes time for 3-4 outfit and hair changes. Siblings can be added to the shoot for an additional fee.
Group Specials, $75.00
Mom's groups, teams, organizations or neighbors will receive a significant discount when multiple shoots can be accomplished on the same day and in the same location. These individual family or group mini shoots (30 minutes) are a great way to get quality photos at a very reasonable price. All shoots must be done consecutively at a predetermined location with a minimum of 5 shoots per day. Includes one CD of all images in full resolution. A typical mini shoot will produce 25 to 40 images. The images are never copyrighted, so you can print them as you wish. With this package you will receive 20 4x6 printed proofs of the photographers favorite images. The CD will also include a variety of color, black & white and sepia images.
Weddings
Basic package, $1,500
Includes up to 4 hours of on site coverage with 2 photographers. Additional time can be added for $150.00 per hour. Approximately 250 images on CD and 100 4x6 proofs in a displayable proof album. A combination of candid shots, artistic shots, and posed photos in multiple on site locations. The CD will also include a variety of color, black & white and sepia images. The images are never copyrighted, so you can print them as you wish.
Intermediate Package, $2,500.00
Includes up to 6 hours of on site coverage with 2 photographers. Approximately 300 images on CD and 150 4x6 proofs in a displayable proof album – plus three 8x10 and five 5x7 enlargement prints. A combination of candid shots, artistic shots, and posed photos in multiple on site locations. The CD will also include a variety of color, black & white and sepia images. The images are never copyrighted, so you can print them as you wish.
Advanced Package, $3,500.00
Includes up to 8 hours of on site coverage with 2 photographers. Approximately 400 images on CD and 175 4x6 proofs in a displayable proof album – plus five 8x10 and ten 5x7 enlargement prints. Two additional displayable proof albums including (50) 4” x 6” proofs. A combination of candid shots, artistic shots, and posed photos in multiple on site locations. The CD will also include a variety of color, black & white and sepia images. The images are never copyrighted, so you can print them as you wish. This package includes an 1 hour engagement photo shoot (within 50 miles of Temecula, CA) and a framed and matted engagement sign in photograph to display at your wedding. Also included is Custom Slide Show DVD, professionally produced with music.
